Oxify Story

I subscribe to How it Works magazine. One Double Page spread entitled ‘Who wants to live Forever’ caught my eye and in particular an article about
the results of a Scientific trial in Tel Aviv University which showed that after sixty sessions in a Hyperbaric Chamber, breathing pure Oxygen, Cell
Telomeres, which shorten each time a cell divides as part of the ageing process, had lengthened again. They were back to the length expected in
someone twenty-five years younger!!
I spent some time reading the actual research paper and the more I read the more excited I became.

I realised that whilst Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HbOT) has the potential to prolong life the real benefit it offers is to improve the quality of life.
Increasing amounts of Clinical research is showing that HbOT can help people suffering from a wide range of intractable illnesses as well as
accelerating wound and injury healing. It has also been proven to increase sporting performance.
Together with my daughter, Sarah, we set out to bring the benefits of HbOT to as many people as we can. And so Oxify was born!

Why Invest in Oxify?

The HbOT market is poised for rapid growth, presenting a vast opportunity for growth and expansion.

Our vision

#1 HbOT COMPANY IN THE UK

We will not be content until everyone in the UK has easy access to a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Centre.

Our therapy is applicable to all age groups, as it addresses a wide range of health issues that are unique to each stage of life.

That’s why we aren’t concerned about competition. There will never be enough HbOT centres in the UK. Our goal is to set the trend for everyone else and be the market leader.

One day Oxify will be in the English dictionary as the process of undergoing HbOT. Going to Oxify will be as ubiquitous as doing the Hoovering, whatever make of vacuum cleaner is being used.

One thing is sure, you’ll know when you’ve been Oxifyed!!

Why Crowdfund?

We believe in the power of community. We have received significant investment from a lead investor who believes in our mission and we want to open up the opportunity for our community to become co-owners in Oxify - at the exact same terms as this investor. What is equity crowdfunding?

Equity crowdfunding is the process whereby people (i.e. the ‘crowd’) invest in an early- stage unlisted company (a company that is not listed on a stock market) in exchange for shares in that company. A shareholder has partial ownership of a company and stands to profit on an Exit Event (i.e. IPO, merger or sale) should the company continue to perform well and increase in value. The opposite is also true, so if the company fails investors can lose some, or all, of their investment.

What is Crowdcube?

Crowdcube is a crowdfunding platform that enables start- ups and scale- ups to issue shares to and raise money from a wide range of everyday and experienced investors who want to share in the future of companies they believe in.

Does registering for early-access commit me to investing?

Not at all. Registering for early-access means you’ll have the exclusive opportunity to invest first when we open privately, as once we’ve reached our maximum target we’ll close the crowdfunding round. If you have already registered interest, make sure you’re signed up to Crowdcube before we go live!

When will the campaign go live?

We’ll be going live with our crowdfunding campaign soon. Once you’ve registered your interest, keep an eye on your inbox for the latest launch date information.

Who can invest?

Anyone over the age of 18 from anywhere in the world. However, due to local laws and regulations, retail investors located in the USA, Canada and Japan will not be able to invest in this crowdfunding.

Will there be early access for customers?

Yes, those that register for early-access will have first access to invest followed closely by customers who haven’t registered.

How much can I invest?

You can invest any amount from £10 up! If you’re looking to invest more than £10,000, we’d love to have a chat – contact us at invest@oxify.co.uk

What is the EIS?

The Enterprise Investment Scheme is designed to help smaller, higher-risk companies raise finance by offering tax relief on new shares of companies that qualify. For the investor, it’s a tax-efficient way to invest in small companies.
